The Marching Rebels completed their competitive summer season this past Friday evening in Columbia Heights and were awarded 3rd Place among competing bands at the awards ceremony held on Sunday.

Special thanks to the dozens of supporters who helped the marching rebels in countless ways to travel safely and look their best throughout the past several weeks of parades.  Several HOT days were endured and our students were very well taken care of.
Thank you all for your contributions.

This Thursday night at 11:00 P.M. we will be leaving on our trip to Chicago, IL.
The trip will include seeing some of the most exciting areas and shows the 3rd largest City in America has to offer!

We have a great team of chaperones assembled and everyone will enjoy staying in a nice hotel and riding on great buses along the way provided by our hosts - Group Travel Partners.  Please see the attached itinerary and trip information sheets.  These documents will also be handed out at Monday evening's rehearsal and posted on www.marchingrebels.org

I would like to ask for students who participated this summer but are NOT planning to participate this fall to please contact me and let me know.  If I don't hear from you I'll assume you are going to keep right on marching into the fall season!

Once again, thank you all for your hard work and support through this summer season.  I'm looking forward to a fun trip to Chicago and another great season this fall.
